The Script – Man in the Arena Tour 2027
27 March 2027 | Qudos Bank Arena, Sydney Olympic Park
Big choruses, old favourites and a crowd that will not hold back.
The Script return to Sydney on Saturday 27 March 2027 with the Man In The Arena Tour, bringing another huge arena show to Qudos Bank Arena as part of their twelfth Australian headline run with Frontier Touring. That kind of history matters with a band like this. Their songs have had a long life with audiences, from Breakeven and The Man Who Can’t Be Moved to Hall of Fame, For the First Time and Superheroes, and they still land with the kind of full-room singalong that only a few bands can pull off year after year. With a new album, The User’s Guide To Being Human, now in the mix, Sydney gets the nostalgia and the next chapter in the same night.
Where to stay for The Script in Sydney
The Script are not really a band people see halfway. It is usually a full-night plan, with dinner beforehand, a bit of anticipation on the way in, and a crowd that tends to keep the energy up long after the lights come back on.
Crowne Plaza Sydney Airport works well around that kind of night. You can start at Biggles Bar & Grill, head out without having to overthink the logistics, and come back to one of the hotel’s refurbished rooms once the arena empties out. If the evening runs later than expected, 24-hour in-room dining is there when you get back, and Sirocco makes the next morning easy with breakfast on site. It is a good fit for a concert that people tend to build the whole evening around, not just the time on the ticket.
With Mascot Station close to the hotel, getting across to Qudos Bank Arena is one part of the plan that stays fairly simple.

Some bands have songs people know. The Script have songs people have lived with. Crowne Plaza Sydney Airport gives the night a smoother start and a far calmer place to land once the last chorus has done its job.
