For delegates travelling to Sydney for conferences and exhibitions at the ICC, Crowne Plaza Sydney Airport offers an excellent combination of airport proximity and city access. Mascot Station is a five minute walk from the hotel, Central is just two stops away, and from Central the ICC is a straightforward connection by light rail or a pleasant walk through Ultimo. The logistics are simple, which, during a full conference schedule, matters considerably.
Getting to ICC Sydney from Crowne Plaza
By train and light rail: Walk five minutes to Mascot Station and take the Airport & East Hills Line to Central in two stops. From Central, connect via the L1 light rail to Convention Centre stop, which deposits you directly at the ICC precinct. Total journey time from the hotel is approximately 25–30 minutes.
By car: The drive from the hotel to ICC Sydney takes approximately 20–25 minutes via the Eastern Distributor and Western Distributor. Parking is available at the ICC’s own facilities and at Wilson Parking on Darling Drive. Pre-booking is recommended during major events.
By taxi or rideshare: A direct rideshare from the hotel to ICC Sydney takes approximately 20–25 minutes, with drop-off available directly at the convention centre entrance on Darling Drive.
